Isn't "winter riding" an oxy moron like "jumbo shrimp" and "lousy head"?

I use these when its under 50-45 degrees and I'm riding more than 10-15 miles.

My hands are still a little chilly when I take them off. I found the XXL size lets me wear a thin thermal layer under them that keeps my hands pretty toasty. I love them because I can still feel the bike. They are not too bulky and they provide some good hand protection.

These work pretty good for me down to the low 30's/upper 20's. Any colder than that and I'm not riding anyway.

+1 for Gerbing's heated gear. Heats up in within seconds. I have a jacket liner and gloves, plus a controller rheostat (a must). Why suffer?

Me too dude
I would lose feeling in my left hand (pinky and ring fingers) with my old gloves real fast on cold days.

They were just cheap.

The old adage "you get what you pay for" keeps coming to mind when i read this thread.

Spend the money and get great gloves.

I'm going to spend some Christmas money and shop for a new pair after the holiday.

Browse the classifieds over on ADV rider. Lots of great deals to include heated gear
