that's one of the reasons I put a damper on this thing.

usually when its that bad, there's no time to think what to do, unless you have muscle memory of closing the gas, and shifting the weight to the front...

Great Save and very good video too! So close to the barrier and so much movement on the front wheel.

Not trying to take anything away from your thread, but figure this is as good a place as any to post this.

This is my closest call ever, was on a track though, Kyalami Turn 4 (known as Nashua). Poor line from me and not using all the track as I should have meant I was banked over too far, along with a healthy dose of throttle resulted in this.

Turn the sound DOWN, all you get is wind noise.

It wasn't a tank slapper but a few years back, I was riding in the rain at night on the freeway. The bike rear of the bike started to go side to side a few feet. I didn't react and didn't stiffen up. The bike "righted" itself and I made it home safely. I was shaking for a long time afterwards.

It turns out that there was diesel spill earlier that day.

Good save both of you as you can guess by my name I don't save much on times like that I even high sided a cb 500 on the way to work witch ended up needed my collarbone dislocating lol that pant I couldn't even brake it lmao
