I've ordered several parts from JL. They ship ASAP. The problem with shipments that seem to take several weeks is because of customs. Lilly doesn't sit on your parts, US customs does.

I am waiting on one now. It shipped the same day my last item got to there shop. 7-10 days in transit I'm told. Good folks to deal with.

I ordered my Dymags from them, and got on a waiting list. But they arrived as soon as they were ready. The email guy's name is Adam, and is very good at getting your stuff to you.

I have ordered from them many times and usually they ship abroad very promptly. Couple of times they have misplaced my order though, so if you do not hear from them in a form of a confirmation few days after your order, I would ring them up. They also seem to answer their emails quite often so popping an email works as well.

Also I do not know if this is just a general UK thing, but the shipping costs have usually been ridiculously high.

But all in all, very good selection of Triumph stuff and good people to deal with.

I have to correct my above post. It was 32 days for the hugger. No big deal, sorta expected it. The packing was marginal though, to the point the Postal clerk commented on it. No damage just some superficial scratches.

I have to agree with the comment on high shipping charges from the UK. Seem to be a fair bit higher than from continental Europe.
