Very nice front-end. Both WP and Brembo make very nice stuff. Are you doing anything to "balance out" the rear-end? Looking forward to a ride report...

test handlebars 28.6, drivers, brake and clutch lever, + steering stop/limit (in the red frame itīs handmade, not machined)

+ steering stop/limit (new better version) and original KTM Superduke brake hoses (length, even though I mounted wider handlebars is ok) from US ebay

Hows the steering compared to before? Geometry looks to have changed a little bit.

bearings and steering shaft are indigenous to triumph without modifications, glasses have a larger offset, so the wheelbase is longer, so I left fork 15 mm above the upper brackets to compensate for it (but I will be setting up to do a long test drive, yet there's still cold in Czech Republic)
