Is this a legit bar-end mirror setup?

I wanted to get rid of the antlers off my diablo red 2011 Speed Triple, and decided on ordering crg arrow mirrors and universal mounts. Should these give me any trouble?

I do not know the measurement on the new model bars but as long as they are not fat bars that should work real slick for you

Awesome. I canceled the order of some R&G bar end sliders, because I don't think any bar end mirrors will work with them... I guess I'll just use the universal adapters for now.

I run CRGs on mine without adaptors, but I'm not sure if the bars are the same size on my '06.

Interesting mirror- looks good. I'm not trading my lane splitters though...they've proved handy a time or two when I squeezed a bit more than I maybe should have. I'm guessing that's not an issue in PA.

Yeah, no lane splitting for me unfortunately. I think the round mirrors kinda flow with the round headlights... and the CRG arrows kinda mimic the look of the new style headlights.

They will not work on the '11 because the end of the bars are solid with a 6mm bolt hole. I bored out the end of my bars to accept those kind of mirrors that slide into the handlebar

I disagree cognosticator .There is an alloy 18mm threaded plug that hopefully comes out when you unscrew the allen bolt that holds the end caps on .You may need a heatgun to soften the threadlock that holds them in there .Once they are out the adapters should work fine in my opinion .

I was able to get that metal plug out when i disassembled them to see what they look like inside. I think I remember them being hollow for at least part of the bar once the metal plug was out.

Duh, I didn't realize that was a plug that could be removed, I thought it was a part of the bar.

You will need almost a .75" ID to get the inserts for the mirrors in the bar. I guess you will know when you get the parts in if they fit without drilling.
