Anyone out there do a deal with them? I wired money about 5-6 weeks ago for the tail replacement and lower body pan and have not heard from them since before Christmas. I have not yet received my package... Not sure if I should be pissed or patient...

I had considered ordering from them a while back. I went back and forth with them via email several times. Because nobody there seemed to have a good grasp of English, and they were going to make me go through the hassle of a wire transfer (rather than a simple credit card), I decided to forget it.

If I were you I'd be emailing them on a daily basis to get an update.

Hi I bought stuff from them in the UK - what you have to remember is that this is Italy we are talking about (no offense intended to anyone out there)- don't expect next day service like you would get in the USA. Also hassling them probably won't help. If they have acknowledged your order then its in the works..

From the pieces I got its worth waiting for

Quite keen on the French flyscreen though :-D

Wot he said. I too have bought a couple of pieces from them for the Mrs' S3 05. It took awhile for the stuff to arrive even with help of an Italian speaking and resident relative.
They are a small firm, apparently really nice (so Uncle John says) and yes they do go for a siesta in the afternoon.
You should chase them but remember there is no law that says they have to speak English we are just lucky that a lot of peoples second language is English. In this case its not. Have you considered sending a google translated version of what your asking as well?
The stuff they do is pretty good. I wasnt sure aout the chain protector part of the hugger they make but the old lady likes it so what do I know.

Overall, there has not been a serious communication issue. We were able to sort out all the details. Now that money has exchanged I have not got any return emails or confirmation of shipment... Don't know how to proceed. I REALLY like the belly pan!!

You can just about see the hugger. The chain guard is part of it.
