Unless the 7k bike is similarly clean, this is the one I would go for. 7k on a ten year old bike suggests it's been sitting.

Yeah the previous guy ad health problems so for the last few years the bikes just be for mot, service etc......

More if a concern is the current owner has only had the bike for a couple of months, says he doesn't like the seating position and wants a more upright bike, tiger etc.... The guy seems ok but mini alarms bells always go off when someone off loads a bike after only a couple of months ownership...

The other bike with 30k has a full history with valve check two years ago at 24k, same owner for the last 5 years. Also seems cared for as the owner has replaced the rear suspension drop link bearings and the Number one spark plug cap has been replaced for updated version plus. Balancer shaft oil seal replaced.

First thing that comes to mine is gunk/contamination in the fuel system. Unless it was 'stored properly', it could be a significant problem. IMHO, of course.
