have you got plenty of anti freeze in the water system?
just drain some water out and top up with anti freeze, cheap to do and see if better after.

Have you contacted Shorai? Seems to me this is some kind of issue with the battery voltage dropping with temperature. What the symptoms when the bike won't start?

Check out the "charging system diagnostics" sticky at the top of the site. And I have read that Shorei batteries don't do well in cold temps.

no, i didn't contact them, but i went to triumph, New York, where i bought the battery they test it and it was full of charge.
if it doesn't start in the first try the battery doesn't have enough for the follow ones but if the battery is in a warn place i will have a long ignition and eventually will start.

That is unfortunately typical signature of LiFePO cells to be immobile at low temperatures
It sounds counter-intuitive, but turn on your ignition/headlights for 30 secs - a minute before attempting start - the battery will 'self-heat' from the 10+ amps it is supplying the lights. This will NOT drain it further, it will improve the situation.
Which size battery did you get - 14 or 18?
The 18 is really a better choice, worth the extra cost.

I will try the 30 sec-1 min thing.
Thanks.

Exactly, you have to heat that battery, and your lights will do it. That is standard with the Shorai. I have th 18, not the 14... You gotta get current flowing.

Stator coil will have no affect on ability to start - you can disconnect charging system altogether and if battery is good will start - just will be on total loss and discharge from there on without the generating system.
What was it doing during that 10 mins? Cranking but not starting? Cranking at strong speed or slow, lazy?
