I picked the bike up relatively stock.

I swapped the bars for clip-ons and ditched the mirrors. Aside from that I removed the Arrow exhaust and replaced it with a Comp Werkes GP low mount. Also added a carbon rear cowl and a few other things. Next step will be either blacking out the oem headlights or swapping for an LSL single.

Call me a purist but I prefer the bug eyes and they look really cool blacked out. Bike is looking great!

Thanks man! I agree to be honest but I don't think I'll be able to get over the idea of the single until I try it lol. We'll see, I love the bike though. It's by far my favorite that I've owned so far (DRZ-SM, Monster, Daytona 675, Thruxton...) and seems to be the most well rounded as well. I've put over 3k miles on it in less than a couple months and love it more each mile.

I think the twin headlights are a big part of the bikes unique character. When you see them coming at you you know immediately what it is but with the single you lose that. Again, just my opinion. I'm right there with you in your love of this machine. It's comfortable, fast, nimble and unique. Character in spades and I don't know about you but I always get tons of compliments on it.
