Confirmed via PM. What exactly is the 'Optional Wheel Kit'? Is it the casters?

Yes - that is the caster kit.

That is a great feature for me - means I can 'parallel park' my bike into a tight space at the rear of the garage - and also can turn the bike completely around!

Right now, it occupies the same space but is 'parked' at about 45 deg.
Also the current process means turning the bike around outside the garage then backing it in to the rear of the garage into the space (which normally involves a little to/fro shunting into the bargain)

With new stand & casters, ride straight into garage, lift bike, rotate and push directly parallel into the space.

Check out the video in the opening post to see how much added versatility the caster kit affords to that end.

And that's before I even get to any maintenance requirement!!

I'd highly recommend castors to anyone looking at the stand. You won't regret it!

Actually, looking at the stand, it wouldn't make too much sense to have it without the casters. Kind of a PIA to move it around without them. But they do add a lot of 'versatility' to the lift solution.

I'll check with him Rob - the automated checkout on web-site for Oz address comes up with shipping at $400! (but that might be just placeholder - it was same for a UK address I tried)

Thanks Ken 400 would be prohibitive, maybe there are cheaper options.
