Help us shape the future - or not?

Received the following email from Triumph

"GfK NOP is currently conducting a survey on behalf of Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, and we understand that you have purchased a Triumph motorcycle. The purpose of the survey is for Triumph to learn more about its customers, your views and how you feel about and use your motorcycle.

This survey should take approximately 30 minutes. We appreciate this is asking for some time out of your day but do need your help. The information is being collected strictly for research purposes. There will be no sales involved and the information you provide is strictly confidential.

To take part in our survey, please click" ..........

So I got myself a freshly brewed cuppa and settled down to give Triumph 30 minutes of my very valuable time and thought of contructive feedback on my new S3 and the dealership experience to date. Then I pressed the link and ........... got the message "500 - Internal server error".

Oh well I've still got 29 minutes left to amuse myself ..........

Thank you 'Scriber' - I no longer feel alone. I genuinely wanted to supply Triumph with some constructive feedback.

Memo to Triumph - One of your suppliers appears to have a quality assurance issue. Your customers are facing a global communications barrier.

If anyone from Triumph is scanning this forum your email links from your marketing contractor are still broken ......... Time to join the wide awake club and come out from under the duvet.

Update - Retried the link and it's now working. Settled down with a cuppa and prepared myself for 30 minutes of helping Triumph shape the future.

What a turgid experience, so awful I gave up and baled out. Question after question asking for personal detailed information that I've long since forgotten the answers to. Not enough to tell them roughly how many years I've held a licence - they want in exact years and months. Then they want detailed info on every bike I've ever owned as though I can remember exact details of what I was riding twenty years ago.

Didn't seem at all interested in what I really thought of my 2012 S3 or what level of service the dealer was delivering. Maybe it's not really a Triumph marketing project?

I was hoping to leave feedback to the effect that I want and 200+hp Naked bike that weighs 365lbs with a top speed of 225mph.

Sounds like my wishes will now not be heard by the right people.

***????

Just for giggles I went back to the link that failed to work (It was still in my deleted folder) and fired it up. I got this useful message:

"Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey.
You have already completed the survey."

Phucking amazing--they must have read my mind!!!!
