I vote they make the Mini S3

But I'd love to see a "classic" version too

Think Thruxton style with Daytona 675 preformance & handling. Similar to Ducati's sport classic line.

Ya know, I hate to use the word 'sexy' in reference to a bike on a forum mostly made up of the male persuasion. However, one of the reasons I bought my S3 was it's major sexiness... The photo presented above looks like a hack and lacks the sexiness of the "big brother"... IMHO

Perhaps if the frame and other parts matched the silver of the exhaust, triple, and motor it might look right. There is just something about the shape of the motor without a bellypan filling space that seems off. The tail section isn't a very clean line into the rest of the body, either. It just seems strange without the fairings.

Looking at it compared to the photoshopped image in the first post, I think maybe if the engine were black, footpegs, passenger pegs, etc were all black then it might look better balanced visually. The triples also should be powdercoated black to match the frame.

I have to think this isn't a finalized photo of what they might be offering. Seems odd that the Speed Four and other daytona motors have been blacked out, then the 675 goes silver...

Hope they do a Super Motard /lighterTiger hybrid to compete against the Multistrada. 36" seat height on some of these enduro motard type bikes is not much use for the road, let's make it more user friendly.
Think there will be a a few different 675 models, maybe 3 - Daytona, Speed Triple and Tiger Lite.

Looks like it's more than just an artist's concept or grandiose prediction..........that looks alot like a 675 engine in there.

There are more photos floating around of it.

That photo looks a lot better with the black paint.

Yes, I believe it's a much more plausible candidate for release than, say, the one that was just a distributor's stripped-down D675. Out of the five "secret new models" in that story, it's one of two that I think we're likely to actually see some day.
