Just giving ya a hard time Mad, no more flaunting the turbo Bus, alright? Well, second thought, drop it by my house for one last flaunt, and let me check it out! :-D

Actually, thats a great deal on an 05 daytona. All you'd need to do is get the comfort yoke for handlebars and strip off the plastics. It wouldn't be the same powerband as the S3, but would have around 30 more horsepower.

The best part would be that you'd have the plastics and clip-ons for trackdays.

Just my .02c its because of the pre 05 s3 that we are all here but personally i do not like the current s3 shape although it can sorta grow on you after awhile! In a head to head on the track (or twisties) i dont think there would be much in it !For pre 05 models the front end can be upgraded for a reasonable cost and thats really the only benefit that i see in this new model is the addition of USD forks! (and no thats not me on bike, my son , bit of a young Rossi lookalike?)

So your wife likes Italians... maybe if you dumped the Triple for a Duc you'd have less "Rossi lookalike" children!

Just kidding, of course.

Dang, he does look like a young Rossi. Now if you can just get him to ride like that, you'll be set for life! Only problem I would have then, is figuring out which bikes I wouldn't be buying, guaranteed I would have a garage full bigger than my house now!

Aw right, I've had a couple beers but I don't see a human in nissn1's pic. Maybe I should clean out this pint glass every now and then...

I have a 2000 and I could'nt be happier with it. I prefer its looks to the new ones. And the riding position is different. I would surely sit on both before I chose.
