Missed shifts with Sunline

I hit neutral first time out with the Sunline. Even stopped the tip flexing with a piece of steel and epoxy. Went back to the linkage - there is some adjustment there.

I am wondering about better transmission fluid...

i am going to 50 wt oil. Hope this will help but why would the trans just jump out of third gear at high revs with no shifting?
