Just spent the day with the Bike Safe guys at the Ace Cafe in North London. Great day out if you get a chance to join in.

First thing the guy says is "Finally, somebody with a PROPER bike!"... Made me smile.

Yes I can also recommend the bikesafe course. Did two days with local guys and it was great. Been riding for 30 years but even I learnt a thing or two.
In my case though I put the road can back on for the weekend.
