There shouldn't be a difference for left or right. A good rear stand should be able to be used on either side. Otherwise, you'd need one stand for chain/sprocket swaps and other to take off the rear wheel. Centerstand is best. It doesn't add a lot of weight, won't drag until you've worn your footpegs off, and you can use it anywhere.

To answer your question, check out *cough cough* skyking's long handled SSSA stand.

I have an LP-USA SSSA-stand.
The pin diameter is 27.8mm (1.10in)
The pin length is 45.7mm (1.80in)
The pin is not as long as I would have hoped. If it were much longer, it just might snap off
good luck!
I hope you trust your welding as much as you value your ride!

There is - I have a reversible one-arm Pitbull and the pins are different for left & right side operation.
Sorry- I don't have a caliper to measure them Agkistrodon

There is a difference between the two sides. The left is snaller than the right. I don't have exact measurements either. For 165.00 you can have the pitbull reversable, if it breaks you get a new one, if it breaks with the bike on it they are liable.... FYI
