Hello All,

Just picked up my black 06 S3 about 30 days and 1100 miles ago. I'l post some pictures as soon as I charge my camera.

Looks like you have some great boards here. Nice to meet you all.

Quick question... where online can I look for replacement turn signals for my S3? I've taken of the License Plate fender thingy and remounted the plate right under the Brake light. (I've even removed the plastic smaller pointy fender too.)

I'm looking for smaller front signals to replace the big ones I just took off. I also need to somehow mount two new rear turn signals right next to the break light.

Oh, almost forgot, I need some sort of light for my plate also.

Any links or idea's would be appreciated

Hey there......been checking out RAT for many months now & find it a great resource of info. and also fun. As a matter of fact, RAT was helpful during my purchase of my 03 Triple back in July of this year! First bike --- baptism by fire!

Hey, you 05+ owners don't get a 'tink tink tink' on the back of your helmet when you go over gravel with the mudflap removed do you? I chopped my tail off in an experiment with an extra subframe and I got all manner of scratches and ***** on my helmet for it. Doesn't matter much now though after stupidly dropping my helmet twice on asphalt so it has some nice scratches in it to give the grizzled look.

Pending on what you want your blinkers to look like. If you want flush finishes, try some streetfighter sites. If you want shorter stubbier turn signals, there are a range available.

For shorter stubbier turn signals (pending on supplier) you will have a choice of different stalks. Some rubber, some plastic, some metallic. Then there are clear lenses and there will also be led lights or coloured bulbs.

The led lights look great, but cost a little more and you may also require a relay switch.

I've gotten some smaller turn signals with clear lens and orange bulb for my bike. They are an arrowhead shape and is a rubber mount. I went this way instead of the LED lights purely due to costs.
