How to Fix a sloppy gearchange lever on a 97?

Ever since I bought this bike the gearchange lever has been sloppy. I took the whole assym. off today and it looks like the actual lever is loose. I didnt take off the torx bolt that holds the lever on yet. Im assuming that I have a bushing or washer thats bad.

Has anyone had this problem. where do I get parts?
