Who makes an aftermarket metal chainguard for the 05, 06 Speed Triple? The stock plastic one looks terrible. It's gotta go.
Thanks, Mad`

If I find a good space heater for my garage I'll get my ass in gear and make some sample parts. Anyone know of the mounting points for the 05+ are the same as the <04 on the various parts? The radiator looks different, but I have to wonder if there are the same upper radiator mounts which could accept the bracket the previous years use.

I stopped by the local Triumph shop today and noticed the Sprint also has the same swingarm/chainguard as the Daytona and Speed Triple.

Originaly the rear hugger for the S3 and the sprint were going to be the same part for 05, but then they discovered that they were melting on the sprints. same mounting holes, but different clearances above.

Hugger? I don't care about a hugger. I want a respectable chainguard made out of a metallic substance.
