May I please add that the graph which is posted on the Zard Italy site and also here in this thread is a graph of the twin slip-ons, not the header system discussed in this thread, which is why you are correct in commenting about "everybody making 3 hp", since this is what slip-ons do.
Performance is in the headpipe design, all good race style slip-ons should be virtually equal in performance, as your exhaust gas does not know what "name badge" is on the outside of the muffler!
Which also goes to say that any slip-on that claims to make more then this is probably either not a slip-on, or not really a truthful graph. Slip-ons are for weight reduction, better sound and a few HP due to the loss of EPA restrictions, but not major HP gains.
Lastly, we are told that the O2 sensor bung is retained on the full system, which should make things a bit easier on everyone!
