I hear ya' ton up! I've only had my triple about a month now, and only have gotten to ride the darn thing about 3 times, I'm hoping to get a good feel on it and do some decent ones. So far the fastest has probably been around 75mph in 2nd sitting. I'm not much of a standup guy, I need to get used to them, heard it's much easier to balance. The best I've ever done was on my 99 R1 in 2nd gear at 115mph for 1 mile! Then later on a crash on a 99 F4(have to watch those wind gusts in February when the bikes vertical!!!) hindered me for a while(ok, it scared the sheeet out of me, so I lost the touch for a couple of years), but it's all started coming back slowly over the past 2 years.

Sweet!

The new S3 has a very easy to find balance spot.

Be careful!

Yes it does, small but very respectable, 3rd gear!!!! Try launching the third gear wheelie around 70-75 mph, let me know what you think?

Thanks!

I may have to try one of those 3rd gear wheelies around 70 or so. I've never been good at shifting(I've nailed it a couple of times, but I've never really just felt that comfortable shifting while the front wheel is hoisted), so maybe if I can get it up in 3rd, I won't have to worry with a shift!
