Engine Sliders/Crash Bars

I'm looking to purchase some engine protection sliders . . . my question is . . . what would you real world S3 riders recommend? The Rizoma gear looks ascetically beautiful but hugely expensive. R and G looks good also and if you can recommend any other brands please do so and if you have a photo of them fitted even better

Getting back into the sporty side of riding after way too much time on a Harley, I didn't want to take any chances with my new 2011 S3 so I armored it with every conceivable protective bit R&G offers through Twisted Throttle. Bike looks like a porcupine now! Reasonably priced, and great fit and finish. Can't go wrong with R&G. Others were way too pricey for something that is meant to get torn up in a touch down.

Top Block

Top Block sliders & R&G casing protection fitted to my 2012 S3
Top Block took about 15 minutes per side, R&G sliders about 2 minutes per side
Looking for some fork & swing arm protection at the moment

Be sure to check out this thread if you have fitted the R&G left hand case slider, product code ECS0020BK.

Here is a link to the left hand case slider on the R&G website.
