I think these mirrors look sweet but how well do they work. Also do they fit around the bar ends or do they come with inserts into handlebar? I hate the stock mirrors!

They are awesome. They fit around the bar-ends and they come with a couple of different inserts. They are very sturdy and offer a pretty wide range of view. Carprimoto was the only place I could get them. No one in the US had them. BTW you get better visibility if you flip the mirrors out.

Get the Rizoma bar ends and you'll be able to fit them easily. They really are designed to use the same bar ends as seen in that photo. I had the silver but switched to the black on my bike. Dad bought my silver ones for his SV1000.

I've been able to special order them from Tricktape.com for my 2 sets. They're a great company with good customer service. It might just take a month or two to get them in since they're made to order from Italy.

You'll have to call them to order a pair since they seem to have removed the Rizoma Billet link from the left sidebar. This is probably due to the constant backorder status they were stuck at due to high demand. If you call in, they should be able to get a set for you, but it may take as long as a few months...

My black set took like 6-8 weeks.

I ordered from Carpimoto straight from Italy in less than two weeks (less $$ than in US including shipping). Most US dist have stopped carrying Rizoma because of supply problems.
