I know this has been discussed before, but I installed some Oberon studded pegs on the S3 tonight. We carry them for the Bonneville and they just happenned to be a perfect fit. I went with blue because we have the blue front master cylinder cover and it's a darn good match for the blue "Triumph" sticker on the tank. They're also a perfect match for the blue front spring pre-load adjuster.

Thoughts???

Will they fit the previous year S3s and can you get them in black or silver anodized?

Yeah - They make them for all years S3 and are available in black, blue, gold "titanium look", purple, red and silver. They also have them for the rear pegs as well.

I have 'em on my '01 in the silver. A straight swap.

Are they sharp studs or just rounded? My boots can slip off the current pegs if I get too aggressive, and I would like something to help hold my foot on better.

VB - We have the pegs at $54.95/pair. They are in the same position as the stock pegs. Like Speed3 said, it's a straight swap.

DwarF - The pegs are button head. I don't have enough time on them yet to see how well my feet "stick". But they feel like they'll be pretty solid. Here's a better pic (the other peg is their "racing" version;
