I think it's pretty fuggin' sweet. If I had the cash, I'd love to have one. I'm thinking of getting the new Suzuki DRZ400SM in the spring, and that Duc is all that and more.

I think that air cooled lump that was originally invented by Jesus' mom is not going to cut it against the more modern supermoto competition.

If this is supposed to be a supermoto, that is.

Designwise I kind of like it though, but my taste is leaning more towards the retro styling of the S3.

In any case no stone age air cooled Ducati is powerwise in the same category as the S3 and thus not really competing on the same market.

I LOVE IT!
I recently purchased a KTM 625 SMC super motard and it is a kick in the pants to ride.
it vibrates like crazy at low speed, it pulls harder than you will ever expect,
My girlfriend ( who also has a 05S3) did her first power wheelie in 2 gears.

That bike will be in my garage when it comes out!

That's exactly what that thing is. It's an over priced piece of air cooled ***** that can't figure out what kind of bike it wants to be. It's way too heavy to be a supermoto, not enough power to pose a threat to the S3, Brutale, Tuono, Super Duke, etc and the first time someone tries taking that thing off road, I see a lot of really expensive plastic being replaced. One more sucker hopping on the SM band wagon.

Those DRZ400SM's are really nice though.
