If "Every articulation is guaranteed by a bearing" means that the left side rearset comes with a complete gear shift linkage with joints that have actual bearings in them, then this might be a worthy upgrade.

The stock linkage is fine for a while after you grease and adjust it, but I think bearings would be a much better idea than the stock balljoints.

The blue anodising looks el-cheapo wannabe blingbling though. Should be black or plain alu.

It's hard to tell if that is actually blue. I think it looks hi-tech. But the set that SMF cycles has looks the Biz too. In black with roller bearings. At 350.00 for the set, it may be a must do as well.

The ball joint's do need constant love. If you haven't taken them apart and locktited the balls (ouch) :-D I would do that as well. I also reset my shift lever lower to allow a bit more overall travel, and also moved the engine side connection to shorten up the link itself.

Stupid question: is the stock riding position IN THE MIDDLE of the multiple adjustments of those rearsets??? In other words, if I could adjust them at 3 o'clock, 6, or 8, etc. from the stock position, I'd definitely buy them.
Most rearsets I've seen are more radical than stock, and I want to have the flexibility to adjust them any way I can, especially for that much dough.

ELP,

I have no idea... There seems to be a fairly infinite range of adjustability. Who knows though.

Check these out. I'm pretty sure these are the same ones Jack Lilley sells but for half the price... If I do rearsets, I'll do these most likely. I'm going to email and find out if they replace at least one of the ball joints in the shift linkage, if it replaces both, they would be worth it all the way...

Those look great buddy, but say they only adjust BACK and UP 1-1/2". I was hoping for a bit down, for longer rides.
Well, I have to get the bike first; I might find it comfortable the way it is, but it looks a bit more radical than my BMW KRS. I'll keep using the KRS for touring, but since the closest twisties are 130 miles away (each way), even such day-ride can wreak havoc on your knees.
