I am currently using the Guardian cover by Dowco, I used it on my VFR and it seems to fit the triple pretty welll also. Its the sport/custom size of the cover. Its made of fairly thick material and also has aluminum material on the bottom half of the cover so that you can throw it on even with hot pipes (high mount pipes tend to be above the aluminum material but the regular material never burned for me on my vfr with high mount.) It also has a couple of holes with rubber lining on the bottom of the cover to run a cable through so that you can lock it.

that is what I actually am using (not the sport size though), but because it is now almost 4 years old and because I have installed low bars I was wondering what else people are using. May be I will just stick to that except getting the model for sports bikes since with the low bars the size I have now is certainly too big.
