Hey all,

thinking seriously about getting a tankbag for the '05 triple,
Initially considering the Tank Locker but while searching the web came across the TwistedThrottle website and came across this and am very curious.

Do any of you guys have the "Engage-Sport" tankbag and is it as good as it looks? What about the tanklocker, does it live up as advertised?

No doubt that will work. I've got a regular Marsee bag that works well.

I opted for the Triumph tang bag. It wasn't cheap but fits nicely onto the included tank cover so that should protect tank from scratches without having to buy tank protectors. I like it.

No question www.bagster.com is the best. You need tank cover plus bag, fits great absolutely secure but not cheap, but then neither was your pride and joy! My S3 05 is the second bike I've had a bagster for and can reccommend it.

I also have the Bagster and the system works very well. Secure fit of bags, choice of 10+ different bags for the same cover, cover keeps the tank scratch free, easy refueling etc.

Only minus side might be that not everybody likes the leatherlike look of the cover on their fuel tank.

Check out the luggage locker. No magnets, no straps, no scratches.

Are you sure the luggage locker is plastic tank compatible? Looks a bit scary having a big & heavy travelbag loaded with luggage hanging in the air on a plastic rim of a plastic fuel tank.
