Guys-
I've decided to put my stock pipe back on, and the Barracuda is for sale. It will fit a 2003 or 2004 S3. You should have a tuneboy or PC3 in order to tune the bike to run with this pipe properly, or it will pop and backfire somewhat on deceleration. It cost about $275 or so new, and was bought in August. I'll take $150 obo.
