Other Motorcycle: Duc999/S3/D650
Mine won't turn in either direction, even with considerable force. Do you need to unload the rear spring to make this adjustment? Also, are the settings shown in the owner's manual for this adjustment quarter turns or full turns from the fully in positon? Finally, are there any suggested artermarket replacements for this unit (see the "considerable force" comment above)?

Just check on the other side of the shock absorber I think they made a mistake in the manual.
