Anyone done a tail tidy on 2011?

Just put a comp werkes on my 2011 and could'nt be happier. It really cleans up the rear of the bike.

Heres a couple of pics of my solution to the spray issue with a tail tidy.

This is a splash guard produced by Touratech in the UK and is designed for the street so needs a couple of holes drilling to fit the speed.

Have ridden in the wet a bit (No getting away from that one here in the UK) and seems to work, definitely a lot better than without it.

Like the look of that, someone has obviously made one, trick is going to be finding it, could be a one off looking at the rest of the back end, or lack there of.

Morning Guys,

When I was looking at the pics posted by Rigsy, I had a bit of an inspiration. What about a flip down splash gaurd? A bit like those flip up registration plates...

So you would have a plate hidden behind the reg plate when it's dry and it flips into place when it's wet. WOuld need a bit of home engineering though.

I agree that the Ducati-esque splash gaurd would be a better proposition, but where to get one.... Would have to DIY I guess.

Added the touratech. Its not exactly the same as in Rigsy's pics although it was ordered to fit the SP3 (albeit shown with Touratechs tail tidy)

Its not "rigid" although its seems capable.
