After two years of using my S3 for tri-state rides, I am looking to put some mods on the bike for longer week-long trips- particularly riding to Charleston, Deal's Gap, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive in early October. Here's what I've come up with so far.

- Kuryakyn LED Voltmeter
- Fat Bar & Riser Kit from the 08-10 Triples (modified to run the heated grip wiring internally)
- Sprint ST Heated Grip Kit
- Spare Mosfet Regulator/Rectifier in case the OEM fails en route
- Used Triumph Tank bag and a waterproof tail bag.

Any suggestions or recommendations? The seat will probably have to go too, but I don't know much about Corbin v. Sargent.
If anyone's interested in joining, let me know- the more the merrier.

I would suggest a SparkBright LED voltage monitor - super compact

Install the MOSFET R/R right away, don't wait for fail and don't bother to carry a spare.

For Tank Bag, consider a Bags Connection system - they are the easiest most convenient system there is when it comes to gas stops. off & on in seconds.

For seat, send your OEM to Spencer at GreatDaytoRide.com and have Supracor insert installed.

If you plan to do much night riding, consider a headlight upgrade
