I seem to need a new set of headers for my '04 S3 (I high-centered the bike and bashed my pipes pretty good) and I'd like to know if anybody knows of a good high-flow full system for the S3?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Miles
I'm new to all this British stuff but every time I read a thread like yours the name that is frequently replied is Jack Lilley.

Good luck,

Sorry to say no one is doing after market headers for the later bikes yet - we are working on it and have done some for the early 509/595 but no one has done the 02 on yet...

Peter, thanks a lot for your reply. Wolf is one of the brands of exhaust I'd most like to install on my bike. My local dealer quoted me either $697 or $797 (I honestly can't remember which it was) for a stock Triumph replacement- it seems to me that a well designed aftermaket set of headers should likely free up some power, and yet not cost too much more.
Is it just too small a market to bother developing a full system for this bike? I'd imagine that anything for that generation S3 should fit the Daytonas as well, potentially opening up a larger group of possible buyers...

In any case, thanks for your time.

Try SMF Cycles, they work with a German company that does slip-ons, and they MIGHT also do full systems for the S3.
