Anyone having problems getting gear from suppliers of Rizoma? Both Jack Lilley and Tricktape have some of my stuff back ordered. I am getting tired of waiting and waiting. Anyone know a good supplier that can actually get the stuff? I even attempted to contact Rizoma and never got a reply.

Had the same problem trying to get some Rizoma bar end mirrors. I gave up hope of getting them in the states so I tried Carpimoto in Italy. I am always leery about ordering over internet internationally but I was pleasantly surprised when I got them in less than a week. Language wasn't a problem, every email was in Italian and English. It seems Rizoma keeps the locals in Italy well stocked with the US and UK being last priority. The price of the mirrors plus shipping was about the same as the price of the mirrors alone from anyone else. So it was a win-win situation.

I used Caprimoto as well to get my Rizoma Chain Guard after numerous tries with other vendors. Excellent customer service, fast delivery and I like the way they confirm your order prior to taking your payment info. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and a great vendor. Shipping cost was not all that bad either. I actually emailed them and inquired about them having the part in stock and how long it would take for the part to get here prior to ordering and they responded immediately.

I heard from the other vendors I tried that they were all having problems with Rizoma and getting parts and many of their orders were on back order for months at a time. Maybe it's different for the vendors in Italy.......................

I sent an email to Rizoma complaining that I can't find certain products in the US, their "exclusive distributor" is unresponsive to emails, and many of the forum users here feel like they need to buy from Europe.

I think I've figured out why their reselers are not stocked. Hre is their reply:

"Kind customer we communicate them that our offices are closed, for summer pause, from the 06/08/2005 to the 28/08/2005. We will reopen in given 29/08/2005."
