There have been quite a few '05 S3 guys on the board with weeping or leaking head gaskets.

Some have had to have their bike in the shop for month+ after just few days of riding, some have had good results with just replacing the gasket and some have had to get new cases & head (one even got a completely new replacement bike!). Do a search on this part of the forum with 'head gasket' and I am sure you will find plenty of threads.

The gasket on mine is also weeping a tiny bit (started around 3000km), but the Triumph guy who took a look at my bike said that if it does not get worse I can ride mine till winter and get it fixed on warranty then.

justa little leak at the top right side just like everyone else. do you think triumph will have another recall for this? on my triple when I bring it in for the hose recall I will show the triumph mechanic and ask him to call triumph again to see about this problem.

Sorry to hear yours is leaking also. My 2005 s3 leaked after two days. It spent a month in the shop .First they put a head gasket on ,it leaked again. Then a new block with linners rings and bearings. it leaked again so they put a new head on it. It turned out to be a porous cast in the head they think. I am a mechanic so it sucked but i knew what they had to do to find it. Also my dash shat it self so they replaced it with a new one while it was in there. but no problems since they fixed it that was about 2k ago.Best of luck with it
