Speed Triple Specs

I'm looking for specs on previous models. What I am looking for specifically is to confirm if fuel injection was on all models or introduced in a specific year and forward.

Anybody correct me if I am wrong, but if I remember correctly in 1998 the T509 was released carbureted. All subsequent models were fuel injected, and all previous models (the T300 Speed Triple) were carbureted.

All of the FI Speed Triples until 2005 had Sagem Fuel injection, and the new 05 Speed Triple and Sprint ST both have Keihn fuel injection.

The T509 was, in fact, Fuel Injected. My '97 model is, and the '98 is, as well. The 955i S3 came out in '99, and was still FI. The T300 (?) Speed Triples from '94 to '96, though, were carbureted.
