New (to me) Speed Triple!

Well, I'll be picking up a 2006 Speed Triple this Sunday if everything goes right. It is mostly stock except for the fender eliminator and bar end mirrors. I think my first mod may be Jardine Dual RT1 slip ons. I could not find a video clip of the sound they make. I really like the sound of the dual arrows, but they are pricey. Will the Jardines require a MAPPing change, or is the fuel injection system computer smart enough to make the changes? Here is a pic of the bike I will be getting. I am so excited!

I think most pipes on these require a mapping change due to backfiring and rough running. I have the dual Arrow slip ons with the baffles removed - they seriously make this the best sounding bike I have ever owned Better than my R1 with Graves dual pipes !

Did you get it? My work partner was about to buy that one in Allen C.L. but his wifey wouldn't let him.

Obviously he has his priorities all out of whack. Bike first, woman second.

Here's what Scorpion slip-ons sound like on my 2005. The Jardines are very similar in sound. I bought the Scorpions because they're made in the UK instead of the US.

My woman wants me on a bike to get me out of the house. True love is hard to find!
