New tire already

Ok I admit that I’ve ridden the bike a little hard mostly trying to get to that perfect wheelie, still trying, but 2k on the back tire that seams awful quick, it’s not like I’m out there doing burnouts. I think I will give the Pilot Road 2 a shot.

The road 2 tire is the one I just put on. Heard good things so I guess we'll see how long this one lasts.

Damn! I'm at 4k on the stock tire. It's just about finished. My Pilot Road 2 is sitting and waiting to be put on.

I get 7-8000kms out of a Power 2 and I (just) got 20000kms out of a Road 2 (though probably should have replaced it at 18000 - it was slick in the centre)

Probably psychological but it just didn't feel right in comparison so I went back to Power 2

mate are you running 15PSI? i've on 7,500kms on the stock tyres and they still got a bit left on em, you need to take your bike into some corners dude speedies all about the twistys!

I suspect you made occasional burnouts, not just wheelie attempts...

I'd get about 5000km out of the Sportec M3. After 2 rear tires, I decided to try something else. Michelin Pilot Road 2CT. Will never go back to M3s...

I've got about 8000km on them, and they still have a few thousand km left in them...
