Marco, I must admit that I read Italian poorly, but doesn't the page say you created these colorizations with Photoshop? Do you mean that the white one is actually white, whereas the others are colorized?
I find the white version quite interesting. It is exactly the opposite of any color one would expect to see on a Speed Triple, yet it is attractive enough that I would consider buying one, just to be different.
However, the image suggests to me that white might look even better on a slightly different bike. I look at the picture and imagine something similar to the Triple, but a bit more in the style of a standard, with a slightly more upright riding position and more comfortable pillion seating...perhaps what the Trident should have evolved into.
I have not formed an opinion yet on the other white one (the color we would probably call diamond blue here in the States). But for what it is worth, here are my thoughts on the other colors:
Bright red is a bit stereotypical for a bike of this sort. Lucifer orange still looks to be a reasonable color for a Triple, although roulette green and nuclear red are probably best left to history. They are fine colors when seen in person under natural light, but they were not big sellers; probably, in part, because they do not photograph well.
The charcoal gray is interesting, but it makes the bike look as if it could be a Rocket Junior. It lends an air of heaviness to the machine.
The lighter graphite gray looks very natural on the Triple; although, as with the white, it suggests to me that the bike would need a little less aggressive styling to fully match the color.
