Just by way of an update, I couldn't get a carbon front fenda (without paying retail) so measured up and fitted a pre 2001 Yamaha one, looks the biz and as you can pick them up off Ebay cheap a good way of getting the look without the cost(£34).

What kind of winshield is that? Wonder if it would fit the 05... Looks nice, almost invisible.

yes, well almost, the back bit needs gently squeezing to go through the forks, and you have to be a bit creative with the mounting (one front & one back)

It's the "MANX" fairing, they did a fixing for both the 97-01 and 02 on, so I think it should. check out Jack Lilley (scroll down to "roadracing special parts for speed triple").
