I recommend the Roadracing fairing I've got. It does a great job of cutting through the wind, but the downside is that it creates a lot of wind noise. I made my own fairing that I need to refine a bit more that cuts through the wind pretty well and shoots it right over your head, but the downside is that it seemed to reduce the turning ability as it acted kind of like a sail.
I'm taking a motorcycle metalforming class this summer, so I should be able to throw something together that will do the job effectively and hopefully mount the same way as the pixie hat. My only complaint about the Roadracing fairing other than the wind noise would be that it bolts directly to the frame and replaces the stock headlight/tach bracket and you have to mount the tach to the handlebars via an included aluminum bracket which bolts around the ignition.
