Engine Won't Start, Need Help.

2007 Speed triple

-just performed oil change (started it up right after, ran it for a few minutes and called it a night)

So this morning, I wasn't able to start it up. It does sound like there is a 5 second delay from turning the ignition switch on and hearing the fuel pump and charge take place. I did smell raw fuel, and my battery was only giving out 12V across the terminals (which I read may be an indication that my charge is low).

So I was thinking a new battery and cleaning/replacing the plugs. Does anyone have a guide on how to access the plugs? I can't seem to find one. Or, is there anything else I am missing that I should look at that might give me a better indication of whats wrong?

Thank you.

Plugs are easy:

1) Remove tank: don't get the two small rubber hoses on the left hand side mixed up when you reinstall.

2) Remove the air box

3) Unclip the coils and pull the coils up. I do this one at a time.

4) Remove one plug at a time. left plug is a LITTLE tricky, you'll see.

5) Put new plugs in with a bit of anti-sieze on the threads and torque down to spec.

6) Pop on each coil, should hear/feel a mild "click." Reconnect wire harness to each coil.

7) Reinstall airbox, tank.

Whole thing takes 30 minutes and is SIMPLE! While everything is off take a few minutes to do some cleaning in there. Make sure no wires are rubbing/wearing away the sheaths, signal connections are tight, lubricate throttle cable/spring.....clean out your throttle bodies/butterfly valves since they will be right there staring at you. Maybe pop in a new airfilter if it's getting close while you are in there. etc etc.

I've got a similar issue. Checked my battery and it was 11.5 volts. Put it on a Battery Tender overnight. We'll see how it goes in the morning.
