Taller riders - peg lowering?

For any taller riders, any first hand experience with the GSG foot peg lowering kit?

I just got my '03 Speed Triple and love the bike. I'm moving from a Buell Ulysses (big change) and the ergos are obviously different. I'm 6'2" and have a 34" inseam and could use a bit more drop or a different position for the pegs.

Can't afford new rear sets so I thought the $170 peg lowering kit might do the trick.

If there are any other solutions, I'd love to hear them -my bike is my only mode of transportation and I need to get the details of my S3 sorted so I can concentrate on that beautiful sound of the engine!

I too have a 34 inch inseem, and don't have any problems.

If you have even basic fabricating skills, it is not hard to fabricate an offset mounting plate to fit between the sear sets and the frame so you can mount the sets so they fit you better.

I had a pair of those for my good lady so her weren't so scrunched up on the back but they sent the wrong ones...however they were well made and you could adjust the position of the pegs for/aft. very light as well.
