I unbolted the left side bolt, where the hose from the radiator goes to the engine. And the coolant came out. But is that all? Is there some other bolt i need to remove to drain everything? I want to do a coolant flush and put new coolant in there.

Also, i removed my left headlight, and the housing melted!! Anyone have problems with this?

i completely flushed mine when i bought her, due to neglect and a rusted water pump impeller.

After draining the left side engine block drain plug, undo the the hose clamp on the left side of the radiator and drain. After it's empty, run a garden hose into the top radiator filler cover [it should have already been undone to drain all the coolant] until the water comes out clear. Obviously, do this outdoors or somewhere w/ a water drain in the ground. Put everything back and fill her up. Shake the bike as you fill to get the air bubbles out. Run for a minute or two, cool down, and check the level. Your gonna have to do this a couple times to get the additional air bubbles out [there's alot]. Fill the resevoir and your done.

Consider getting a triumph service or Haynes manual via ebay, it explains this and many other processes w/ pictures.

fyi, the "recommended" procedures in the manuals i mentioned also include running the engine w/ coolant system cleaner, and then w/ only water once or twice before refilling w/ coolant, but that seems overkill to me.

I've posted this before, but I recommend trying Evans waterless coolant. It has a higher boiling point 350F, and won't corrode your system. It's also good for years without changing. I haven't spewed coolant after a hot run since I put it in last fall.Click here

I forgot to add. You should pull off the bottom hose where it connects to the water pump, and a lot of old coolant will come out. The Evans NPG+ is what I'm using.
