Maintainance Schedule and the "Big Service"

My 03 Triple has about 18,000 miles on the clock. It came with no service history but it runs like a top. But I believe it's around this time that the "Big Service" is usually due (bucket and shims valve adjustment time). Anyway I don't have a service schedule around and I've just ordered my service manual. Can someone tell me when the big one is and how much a Triumph service garage will usually charge for a big one.

Not sure on the '03 but the '05+ is minor at 6k miles and major ( valve check) at 12k miles.

However don't worry to much if it is over, valve adjustment rarely needs changing, just grease all the bearings up and change your oil at regular intervals.
