Hey Kuhlka and Repeater,

How about CROMAG or GBH? In fact I got the boot from First Ave for jumping up on stage one too many times at the GBH show (in '87) when the Cro-Mags opened for them. I got two of the bouncers back the next weekend at an after hours party though.

Well I stuck TON IT on my triple since I loved the old cafe style bikes and since the triple is the rocker type it fits perfect. I still have to explain to the youngsters around what THE TON means but it's fun as well. Now to add to some bands,, Black Flag, Suicidal Tendencies and can't forget DRI.....

If you're a really big guy like some I've seen - XXLS3

083Y (OBEY) would be fitting for the current events and political propaganda commentary.

DIRTY would be another good one for my bike as I can never get it completely clean from all the riding (esp in the rain)

AITUK (anarchy in the UK)

I've seen photos of X3Z 1AR0 on a beemer as viewing the front plate from your rear view mirror...

Mine is N8KED. The lady at the DMV paused a moment, then exclaimed "Nekkid" you can't have Nekkid! I can't let you have that, it might offend somebody! I looked at her, we both laughed, and she let it go. We're pretty uptight in Virginia, you know.

A fine list of bands. Funny how I'm a Minor Threat/Fugazi fan, whilst I sip on my Grain Belt Premium here at home. That's how it goes, I guess, though.

Seriously, though, I'm not surprised that much. Fans of punk and fans of Triumph have something in common - that volition to seek out things that are a bit out of the ordinary and that suits their personalities well. Especially the Speed Triple - snarly, beautiful in a godawful-ugly sort of way, loud, fast, and stupid. Possibly the greatest motorcycle ever conceived. And all also indicative of punk music as a whole.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a Guitar Wolf record to go listen to.

To the original poster : sorry for taking this thread off topic like this. But sometimes, threads just "do that."

Still thinking "TRIPL" or "TRPLE" or something of the likes for mine. Simple and to the point, and not pretentious at all, IMO...
