rubber caps?

I was drying out the left side of my engine with my blower, when I found 2 rubber caps flying around. They look like they should fit right over a couple of screwheads. Anyone know where these belong?

Are they big enough that they would fit over a finger-sized bolt? If so, they're probably the caps for the big bolts on the inside of the frame pointing toward the tank near the battery box. Without those caps, you might scratch your tank during removal/reinstall. Have you taken your tank off lately, which might cause the caps to fall off since they're not glued on or anything?

hey kuhlka, can you check the screws above your shifter (they are about 10-12 mm, and screw vertically into the engine) and see if they are covered by rubber pieces? I think that's where these are from.
