I am looking to swap the stock bars on my 2005 S3, I think they do not do the bike justice. What do I have to look for when buying a replacement? Such as Bar diameter, overall bar length, and bar height? Thanks in advance

Handlebars come in many different shapes and colors that will fit the S3. LSL makes some that I've seen and like and Tag, and Renthal(they have gold). Need 7/8 inch bars, I've heard that if you go bigger then 760mm in length you may have problems with cables not reaching.

This is a nice example to work from: http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/handlebars.cfm

It gives you sizes and pictures of bends.
