Just fitted a gel seat...

and now i cant get it back off, i had to use a small amount of pressure to get it on and now the key just turns back and forward without engaging. Any ideas?

Obvious possibly, but I can't get my seat off the bike without pressing down near the back of the seat at the same time as turning the key.

Same problem I had with my Sargent seat. Push down really hard on the pillion while you turn the key.
