Which year?

Seems my new S4 has become my g/f's new bike. :evil:

I've been looking at '01 & '02 S3's but I really love the look in a black frame.

Did the current model go to a black frame in '04 or '05. TIA

Got a TBS lined up until I find the S3 of my dreams.

Triumph did a "Special Edition" in 2004 which had the blackened frame and wheels. I personally think it is likely that it was a test for their marketing team to see how well it would be accepted by the public if they did it to all of their 2005's.

I seemed to recall that there was some type all black in '04.

Guess I'll hold out for a used '05 to pop up.

Dat's why I have almost got a deal done on a mint TBS to tide me over.

My local dealer had, as of a week ago, a new '05, gorgeous gold/bronze color but I want all black. :-D
